Jeremy R. Hammond - Empowering Independent Journalism

Well, with the measles outbreak in Texas and reported death of a child having made news headlines recently, the media are in overdrive with the message that RFK, Jr. is the worst possible Secretary of HHS, the parent agency of the CDC et al.

Measles is deadly. Enough with this anti-vax conspiracy nonsense. Stop asking questions. Get your damned shots!

That's about as far as the media go into inquiring.

We are supposed to believe that the measles vaccine is “safe and effective”.

But how can we know if it is safer than the risk from measles in a country where the disease is so rare...

... and in light of the fact that the MMR vaccine currently on the market never underwent randomized placebo-controlled trials comparing health outcomes between vaccinated and unvaccinated children?

And how effective is it, really?

One thing we know for sure: it isn’t as effective as natural immunity

And “public health” policymakers perpetually fail to consider natural immunity and other health benefits of surviving measles infection as opportunity costs of vaccination.

In fact, mass vaccination has resulted in a shift in the risk burden, in the event of an outbreak, from school-aged children in whom it is generally well tolerated and onto infants and adults.

That last reported measles death in the US was in 2015

It was the same narrative then, only the deceased was an adult women.

I dug into it at the time. Her cause of death was pneumonia. She was on immunosuppressive drugs.

I wrote about it in an article titled "A Measles Death, Vaccines, and the Media’s Failure to Inform".

The media failure I illuminated is continuing today.

As I explained in my last newsletter, I haven't been writing lately because I'm busy catching up on responsibilities and projects that had piled up over the years while I was focused so intently on fighting the medical tyranny that accompanied COVID-19.

I'm also building up a stronger foundation for serving my readers and carrying my journalism forward on a more sustainable basis.

But I've got lots of informative content in my article archives you can read in the meantime, so I've put together a selection for you on "The Measles Vaccine".

These are articles exposing the deceptions about the safety and effectiveness of the MMR vaccine.

Learn  facts  straight from the medical literature that you'll never hear in the mainstream media.

(You may also wish to check out some of the other article collections I've put together here. More to come.)

I am in a transition phase right now, and while I will necessarily be continuing my break from writing for some time to come, I am hard at work in the background building the tools to help train news consumers how to immunize themselves against mainstream propaganda.

I view it as a metamorphosis phase, and I appreciate my supporting readers for making it possible for me to take this much-needed temporary break.
