Hey, Friend, just a real quick note to let you know about a free online educational health resource, The Gut Rescue Summit, which is having an encore weekend where you can catch up on all the expert talks that most interest you.
As my long-time readers know, I used to suffer from debilitating symptoms of leaky gut myself, and the extreme ignorance of the doctors I went to see was matched only by their arrogance and condescension. With a single exception, they uniformly refused to even acknowledge that this condition exists -- despite it being completely uncontroversial in the medical literature.
I ended up having to rely on my own research to diagnose myself, and I evidently got the diagnosis right because the steps I took to heal my gut worked to resolve my symptoms.
